| Co-extruded bi-color (black/white) polyethylene (PE) films used as a medium for hydroponic cultivation substrate or soilless cultivation to control and maintain the correct nutrients for the plant assimilation to optimize growth. These films cope with Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) and Integrated production Management (IPM) and can be in sheet or in a tube for further conversion in filled sealed fumed bags ready for end-use. The white outer layer reflects the light promoting plant growth and reducing heat transmission to the plant roots, and the black opaque internal layer prevents weed growth. Initially designed for the usual 12-month lifetime. Has high mechanical properties to resist tearing and pin holing. Our films maximize light reflection with a white layer promoting growth, reducing heat transmission to the plant roots, conserve water, nutrients, and lands. Resist against pinholes and protect the environment. |
